A vision that guides today and inspires tomorrow
ContentSquare needed a product vision that could guide what to build next while also revealing where the market is heading. This tension is common in fast-growing organisations: teams want something concrete they can act on now, yet leaders also need a longer-term narrative that shows how technology and customer needs will evolve.
Our role was to bring these two horizons together. We helped define a near-term vision that teams could rally around and start delivering, while also shaping a longer-term story that shows how AI will transform analytics over time. The key was creating a clear bridge between the two so the future felt ambitious, but not abstract.
We then turned this dual-horizon strategy into a tangible product narrative. It gave the organisation a shared understanding of where they were heading, why it mattered and how today’s decisions connect to the more transformative future ahead.
