Product vision, user experience and go-to-market clarity for an enterprise-grade AI platform
WisdomNext is an enterprise-grade AI platform developed by TCS to help clients design and deploy agentic AI solutions. While early versions showed strong market interest, the product lacked the coherent foundations needed to scale across global enterprise environments. It had evolved quickly and reactively but lacked the clear structure to support collaborative teams or repeatable, agent-led workflows.
Over a focused three-month engagement, we partnered with the TCS AI Practice team to redefine the product’s value proposition, strategy, roadmap and user experience. We fundamentally redesigned the platform to make it more intuitive, better suited to designing agentic workflows, and easier for cross-functional teams to adopt. This work has helped to establish WisdomNext as TCS’s flagship AI tool.

Making agentic systems understandable
WisdomNext is designed to be used by teams with very diverse backgrounds, from engineers to product owners and managers. It was important to create a strong foundation for how these teams describe business processes in a way that feels familiar rather than abstract.
That’s why we created a simple, intuitive mental model and shared language for Tasks, Agents and Flows. It gives everyone the same starting point and makes it easier to design, discuss and evolve agentic workflows together.
