Three-year product vision to align teams and investors ahead of growth
Una Health is a fast-growing healthtech startup using biosensors, mobile technology and behavioural science to transform treatment for people with type 1 diabetes. Their personalised, algorithm-driven therapy targets nutrition and lifestyle management to deliver tangible improvements and, in some cases, reverses the condition entirely. As they prepared to expand across Europe, the founders wanted to ensure that their growing team and investor group remained aligned around a clear long-term vision.
We partnered with Una’s founders Dominic Steele, Matthew Fenech and Pascal Grimm to define a three-year vision for the Una Health experience. Expressed through six patient-centred product principles, the work clarified what made the service distinctive and gave the team a shared compass to guide product decisions as they scaled.
